Concepts of Contitutionalism - lecture at the IX Batthyany Summer School

This approach is to introduce the two  (political and legal) concepts of constitutionalism, based on experiences in Central and Eastern European constitutional systems. The participants of the Summer School contributed with valuable comments and questions to the issue.
Public deliberation, sovereignty of parliament, public opinion and constitutinal review were discussed.
